Role of Vegetable Juicing in Our Daily Diet

Each and every one of us needs raw foods every day and one excellent way to make sure that you receive the right amount is by juicing raw fruits and vegetables. Ideally, it is best to mix the pulp in with the juice or you can also eat it since it is high in fiber and very nutritious. The fiber helps to move the bowels rapidly and also serves as fertilizer for the good bacteria that are present in the colon.
